Weekend Spotlight: TRUF.NATIVES & TRUF.SEEKERS
Every weekend, we’re pulling back the curtain on the people who make TRUF.NETWORK possible. Today’s TRUF NATIVE: Betty.
Day 13 of 100 days of TRUF
Every weekend, we’re pulling back the curtain on the people who make TRUF.NETWORK possible — not just what they do, but why they’re here.
Each interview introduces two sides of the same person:
- As a TRUF.NATIVE, they’re part of the team building trust into the fabric of the internet — engineers, designers, operators, and strategists working together to rethink how truth flows online.
- As a TRUF.SEEKER, they represent the mindset shared by many of our clients and community: people who are done relying on outdated, manipulated, or unverifiable data. They’ve chosen a path toward transparency, resilience, and truth — whether in how they invest, build, or simply navigate the digital world.
This series is about the humans behind the mission — and the mission that resonates far beyond just us.

What’s your job ?
Growth + PartnershipsWhat’s your favourite part of the job or project that you are working on?
It’s really more the team — we’re a very lean team, but you’d never know by how much quality work is produced. Everyone is ‘in it to win it’ — we all 100% believe in the project! How long have you been working with the team?
1.5 yrs.Why did you join?
Like the rest of my colleagues, I really believe in the work that we’re doing, and being able to get in so early and really help grow the company is just super exciting! If you were creating an index on index.fun to trade on, what would you build?
Well, with tariffs being such a hot topic, maybe an index of companies that have different aspects of their production footprint in China — tracking their performance against the unfolding tariff saga. Call it TuffTariffs or something silly/dumb like that. ;)
As a TRUF.SEEKER
How long have you been in crypto?
My first full time job in crypto was in 2018 — my background’s in TradFi.Do you invest in crypto?
Yes.What’s your favourite token (other than the $TRUF token obviously!)
I can’t believe I’m going to admit this, but $DOGE. I’m not sorry, it my guilty pleasure! What’s your hot take on the future of crypto in 1 sentence?
I don’t think we realize how much closer to the starting line vs the finish line we are in this space. What’s one Web2 thing you’d never bring into Web3?
Intermediaries. What do you think is the biggest thing that would help the adoption of crypto?
Regulatory clarity has always been a huge roadblock — stifling growth/ driving business off-shore (here in the US). The positive sentiment coming out of the WH has been great — let’s see what happens!
Stay tuned, more to come!
