Weekend Spotlight: TRUF.NATIVES & TRUF.SEEKERS

Every weekend, we’re pulling back the curtain on the people who make TRUF.NETWORK possible. Today’s TRUF NATIVE: Natalia.

TRUF.NATIVES

Day 34 of 100 days of TRUF

Every weekend, we’re pulling back the curtain on the people who make TRUF.NETWORK possible — not just what they do, but why they’re here.

Each interview introduces two sides of the same person:

  • As a TRUF.NATIVE, they’re part of the team building trust into the fabric of the internet — engineers, designers, operators, and strategists working together to rethink how truth flows online.

  • As a TRUF.SEEKER, they represent the mindset shared by many of our clients and community: people who are done relying on outdated, manipulated, or unverifiable data. They’ve chosen a path toward transparency, resilience, and truth — whether in how they invest, build, or simply navigate the digital world.

This series is about the humans behind the mission — and the mission that resonates far beyond just us.

Natalia

As a TRUF.NATIVE

  1. What’s your job?
    Content Strategy & Community Growth.
  1. What’s your favourite part of the job or project that you are working on?
Trying to crack the organic growth algorithms; plus that dopamine hit when you finally succeed and find a successful strategy or two.

  2. How long have you been working with the team?
On and off since 2021. Was there at the inception of Truflation, launching Truflation and Nuon v1, and growing the early communities.

  3. Why did you join?
Love the team. All very talented across multiple fields and always taking initiative to do better and launch great products. I never fit with any other group of people this well.

  4. If you were creating an index on index.fun to trade on, what would you build?
Probably something around alt energy sources, like cold-fusion, or biotech with gene editing, longevity, and neurobiology. I was a molecular biologist in my former life.

As a TRUF.SEEKER

  1. How long have you been in crypto?
Interested since 2015 and working in the space since 2016.

  2. Do you invest in crypto?
A bit here and there. I’m too conservative to make big or even medium bucks.

  3. What’s your favourite token? (other than the $TRUF token obviously!)
At the moment, probably SOL. And I’m always a Cypherpunks and Bitcoin fan, but tech-wise I think BCH won on its block solution even if less successful in narrative and market cap.

  4. What’s your hot take on the future of crypto in 1 sentence?
Stablecoin relays are a way to introduce commercial-bank- and big-tech-controlled digital currencies under total governmental oversight in complete opposition to core ideals behind Bitcoin and blockchain.

  5. What’s one Web2 thing you’d never bring into Web3?
Real-world-asset-backed treasuries. Yes, I know they are hot with TradFi capital gushing in. But DeFi innovators should work on the algorithm-based value creation.

  6. What do you think is the biggest thing that would help the adoption of crypto?
We already have too much adoption heading in a wrong way, recreating faulty CeFi systems; a TradFi 2.0. We need to step back into digital identity protection and privacy to recover some of the anonymity and freedom to own and spend digital cash outside of a complete purview of the local governments and commercial banks.
